Welcome to Mr. Toren's Fourth Grade Homepage!
Here is where you can find information about what is going on in class, things that will be coming up, and daily homework assignments. I will also be posting pictures of the students participating in different activities, voicethreads, podcasts, and videos. Please let me know what you think about the site and if there are any things that you would like to see. The underlined words are links that you may click on to get more information, or other activities, dealing with that topic.
***NEW***Please visit our Room 133 Media Site. At this site you will be able to listen to podcasts that the reading class made. In the future, you will see class pictures and videos at this site. Please feel free to email us and let us know what you think.
***NEW*** We will be helping out an organization called Warm Wishes, a local charity that delivers blankets and sleeping bags to shelters and people in need of warmth. We will be collecting sleeping bags, comforters, receiving blankets, quilts, blankets, and other bedding until December 12. These can be new or clean used. Miss O'Connor will be making the first delivery during the week off before Thanksgiving. Please deposit these items in room 133. If you are trying to find a place for that old sleeping bag, or out-of-date comforter, please remember that Warm Wishes would love to help you un-clutter your home!
Be sure to check out the LINKS page. Here you will find the social studies and math books online as well as some other helpful sites.
Here is a cool site to practice your spelling words!
